Dr. William Polzin, M.D.

Dr. William Polzin has served as the volunteer Medical Director for Healthy Beginnings since 2003. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine - his specialty. Currently, he is the Director of the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Good Samaritan and a staff physician in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as MFM Co-Director of the Cincinnati Fetal Center. A native of Milwaukee, Dr. Polzin earned his degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1983. He served his internship, residency and fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Cincinnati, School of Medicine. In addition, he is a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, the American Medical Association, the Ohio State Medical Association, the Cincinnati Academy of Medicine, and the Cincinnati Obstetrical and Gynecological Society.
