Donna Phelps joined Healthy Beginnings in January 2003. She began as the practice administrator bringing with her thirty years of management experience with 15 of that in medical practices. She is a Certified Medical Manager through the National Professional Association of Healthcare Managers and has served three terms as President for their local Cincinnati Chapter. She adds to her credit experience in medical and insurance sales. Donna attended Clermont College majoring in Psychology and Interpersonal Relations and has successfully completed Dale Carnegie’s Sales Course, secured an Ohio State Real-estate License, Life and Health Insurance License and is a Notary for the State of Ohio. She also serves on the Executive Board as Secretary for A Caring Place Pregnancy Help Center where she is actively involved as a client educator and has served as a facilitator for their parenting class. She is married with four children and twelve grandchildren who fill her life with joy. |
